I've been putting contact forms on websites since the 90's back when nearly everyone had a hacked version of formmail.pl to send the contents of the form to an email address of their choosing (and the hacking was necessary because the original script would accept any form submission including any desired destination address).
Aiming for something more interesting, I created a slack app to enable real time chat between you (a website visitor) and, in this case, me via slack. It's like a barebones version of the annoying website plugins that nag you about asking a question.
Feel free, take it for a spin. Don't worry - if I'm asleep I just won't respond. However, I will get any messages you send when I am online again. You'll have the chance to send additional messages either way.
