Most people do not realize what a private/incognito browser window is - and more importantly what it is not. This small macos app is a wrapper for Chrome (or Chromium if you prefer) and enables you to run several independent browser sessions each starting from scratch with no extensions installed and having no history or cache.

I realized everyone I knew who played wordle usually solved the daily challenge in 3-4 guesses, and then discoverd the average globally is in fact 3.8. I then found some people actually wrote programs to systematically solve wordle and were barely able to reach an average under 3.7. I set out to make a more difficult word game in a somewhat similar style and FourWord is what I came up with. Remember: It is meant to be more difficult!

This Slack plugin adds a slash command enabling team members to give public recognition at any time, in any channel (usually one relative to what is being recognized) and then delivers a week end digest of all the great things the team members have accomplished. While a simple concept, there was a lot of thought into enabling recoginition without creating competition or other potential negative side effects.

The dedicated site for my wildfire map — full viewport, no surrounding chrome, meant to live in a tab during fire season. Pan and zoom across NASA heat-signature data updated a couple of times a day, switch to satellite imagery, measure distance and area on the ground, and copy a link that restores the exact view so you can bookmark it or send someone straight to the fire you're watching.

That coffee house we all love to hate and hate to love got my order wrong one too many times. So I put this together to generate labels for my "personal cup" and those I know (and order coffee for). It turns out if your cup is already labeled (properly) you not only increase your chances of getting the beverage you seek, you also get through the ordering phase faster.

Just filling a void and streamlining the scanning process for an HP all-in-one. Set this up and you have a button to click anytime to fetch a scanned image from your HP MFP. (Sorry, macos only)

For those times when an ECS cluster gets segmented and you need to sort out which image:version pairs are in use where. This Go CLI lists every unique container image URI in a cluster and maps which services use each one — fetched in parallel so you get answers fast.

A watch face for Pebble themed for jeepfolk. The Pebble watch was sadly assimilated and disposed of by Fitbit, but if you get your hands on one this watch face still works like it did back in 2014 when I wrote it. Customizable colors and time displayed in digital, binary or morse code formats.
